When you access this website, no personal data is processed, no cookies are used.
Booking System
Our booking system is run by CampManager who are Data Processors
When you make a booking with us over the phone we will ask for following personal details to enable us to process your booking effectively.
Payment will be made by either debit or credit card and processed through SAGE PAY.
No card details are stored on our system.
At the time of booking you will be asked if you want to be added to our emailing list. We use this to inform you of any special offers or events we may have. You have the option of opting out of this at any time.
Only authorised staff have access to your data and fully understand the rules of data protection.
Your personal details are not shared with any third parties without your permission.
Data is stored for as long as we deem the individual to be a customer.
All data within the CampManager system is stored on servers located
in a secure UK data centre which complies with the ISO 27001
Information security standard.
All CampManager data is transferred securely over SSL (Secure Sockets
Layer) 256-bit encryption. All Camp Manager data and customer data is encrypted and
transmitted securely.
On Site
If you pay for accommodation or services on site by credit or debit card , that information is stored securely.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to the data we hold about you. A copy will be provided within one month of your written request. No fee is chargeable.
You have the right to request for your details to be deleted providing there is no lawful reason for us not to.
Acorns is registered with the ICO. (Information Commissioners Office.
The Data Controller is Acorns Naturist retreat.
The Data Processors are CampManager.
